For General Informational Purposes Only: Weather forecasts, sea temperatures, UV index readings, and wind metrics published on Budva Weather are generated using automated numerical weather prediction models and statistical algorithms.

4. Directory Listings & Third-Party Transportation Services

Independent Directory: Information regarding third-party businesses (including hotels, restaurants, cafes, tour agencies, and beach clubs) is compiled from publicly available records and verified submissions. Budva Weather is not an agent, representative, or owner of these businesses and assumes no liability for prices, availability, quality of service, or experiences encountered at listed venues.

Taxi & Transfer Referrals: Budva Weather provides links and calculation tools for the Budva Taxi App. Transportation services are operated by licensed local taxi drivers and transfer providers. Budva Weather is not a transport carrier and is not responsible for route choices, fare negotiations, traffic delays, or lost items during transit.

5. User Conduct & Account Obligations
